2022 Trident is Sold!

I just sold the 2022 Trident with 1179 miles. Not without some regret. Private sale. Everyone is happy. The suspension is too harsh, keeps bouncing me onto the back of the tank. Extremely uncomfortable. Contacted Triumph and inquired if they were planning any retunes in the future. They told me to take it to the dealer to see if something was wrong. No help, but I’m not surprised. The 3 other aftermarket suspension manufacturers I contacted never responded. None of them. If I can’t even get a response, I’m certainly not going to lay down a grand or more for their product. Oh well, their loss. Triumph’s loss too. I don’t care for the Tiger 660. The rest of their line is too expensive. I will miss the 90 degree valve stems.

Upgrading the forks is a total unknown as far as their performance. How will I know what they feel like till I spend lots of money. What if they’re no better than the OEM forks? The cost of new forks plus install and the money I got for the Trident will be my limit for the next bike.
