Horn Relocation Bracket

The one thing about the stock bike I never liked was the horn location and after some searching and inspiration (https://www.trident660.com/index.php/topic,106.msg2650.html#msg2650) from our fellow rider, Gonzy, I set off to improve how to relocate the horn to a better location.

At first it was just a simple bend of a metal bracket that came with the horns, a quick wire harness and Bob’s your uncle, right?

Mostly. The horn diameter and placement didn’t let me get the ‘just right’ alignment with the headlight. So, I fabricated a 3d model, sent to printer, and presto!








Now, at first I thought how could I sell it? Then would I really want to spend all that time printing, shipping, etc for about $5 dollars of plastic? Legal problems for putting a Triumph logo on it?

Nah… I rather be out riding. Here is a link to the .stl file. I present to you ‘as-is’ with no promises, warranties, or guarantees. You will need to get a longer bolt at any good hardware store to accommodate the extra width to the stock headlight bolt.

Thanks for the schematics! Been looking for a bracket to fix the horn so that it'll look more like an RD350LC rather than a Triumph Trident.
