screen name message

in the menu on my bike i entered my name but i my name does not come up on the screen when i turn on the igniton, in fact it never comes uo on the screem? any ideas

Get your younger brother or sister to set it up. Or a young neighbor kid. I’m 71 and ok with computers, but the clock is way to complicated for me. I can find my way through the basic info I need and want. Engine temp, fuel level and range. Too busy watching the road and tach. I don’t bother with anything else. Sorry, not much help.

It doesn't work for anyone. There is a glitch in the software which is well documented.

Ditto, I queried it last March when I collected my bike and was told it was software probs, but not that fussed about it.

Bike serviced today, start up message now working

As others have said, it was a bug! After the first 600 mile service, my bike was updated and now displays the name properly.

Did the update also resolve the issue with the trip reset?
