Hi Onetrade7,

It might be a good idea to mark up the alignment of extension and hugger in situ, then remove the hugger if you are going to drill and rivet the extension on.  I took the hugger off and thought I'd aligned the extension on ok on the inside using the sticky pads and it was only when I put the extended hugger back on that I could see that I hadn't quite got the outside down the centreline of the tyre.

The extended hugger still doesn't stop the crud getting past the EP tail tidy, so I'm contemplating refitting the orginal over the winter.  Maybe there is a way of keeping the tail tidy in place, to keep the indicators high, and still have the mudguard thing on?
